We have several horse stalls left with sliding doors, steel bars and tongue and groove boards. The steel bars are all rusted but can be easily cleaned with a wire brush or sand blasted. I was told by one person not to clean them because some buyers may want them like that for the patina to use in a home? Doors may have slight bow to them but most should be able to be straightened.

Not many left so for best selection now is the time because I lost a couple of numbers.

One sliding wood door with bars + slider mechanism
One set steel bars that go beside the sliding door (+ hopefully with wood below the bars)
One set of steel bars that go between the stalls
One small set of steel bars that go to the outside window (jealousy window not included but can be added for an additional $25).

There are very few exterior dutch type doors (the ones with the "X's" on them) but almost all of them have poor lower doors. Some upper doors are in worn but functional condition. These can be purchased for an additional $100 per set.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL DIMENSIONS ARE APPROXIMATE!

STALLS ARE GENERALLY 9'6" WIDE X 11' DEEP.
SLIDING DOORS ARE 50” WIDE X 84 1/2” TALL
BARS BESIDE THE SLIDING DOOR THAT COMPLETE THE FRONT ENTRANCE ARE APPROXIMATELY 54 1/2” WIDE X 36” HIGH (NOT INCLUDING WOOD DIMENSIONS BELOW THE BARS)
BARS BETWEEN STALLS ARE under 11' WIDE X 36” HIGH (NOT INCLUDING WOOD DIMENSIONS BELOW THE BARS)

MEASUREMENTS OF EXTERIOR SPLIT DOORS (DUTCH TYPE DOORS) WITH THE X’S IF AVAILABLE ARE:

BOTTOM DOOR APPROXIMATELY 48” X 46”
OVERALL HEIGHT (LOWER + UPPER DOOR) IS ABOUT 82 3/4”

Most likely if we can only get the sliding doors and all the bars only (no wood below front bars or below side partition bars) then the price will be $500

Add another $100 for front and side tongue and groove boards.
